Stephen Elken

Stephen Elken is the founder and president of Elkco Properties, a real estate investment, development and management firm head quartered in Denver Colorado.  Steve grew up in Detroit Michigan and graduated from the University of Michigan.  Steve moved to Denver Colorado to start a family and begin his climb in the real estate world. Over the past 35 years Steve has grown Elkco properties into a half a billion dollar portfolio.  That portfolio consists of several asset classes including multifamily, retail, industrial and senior living that span Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Michigan and Florida.Steve’s management style and experience has proven fruitful consistently for both his own portfolio and his clients.  He brings a proven track record in efficiency, cost savings and revenue and profit growth through his attention to detail, hands on approach, ownership eye and a bolstered team to support all components of ownership and operations.
