Michael Crites

Michael joined our team in 2024, contributing 20 years of diverse industry experience. His expertise spans real estate, specializing in acquiring and managing manufactured home communities, property management of multifamily properties, Affordable Housing/LIHTC projects, short-term single-family flipping projects, brokerage services, and audit support. Beyond real estate, Michael has excelled in manufacturing, medical services management, and startups.

Outside of work, Michael has two daughters who keep him busy at soccer tournaments and musicals. He loves to travel, especially to anywhere with good beaches and great food.
