Serena Yip

Serena is a recent addition to the team and brings over 23 years of experience in real estate accounting.  Serena has experience with construction accounting, audits, budgeting and financial analysis.  Her many years with AIMCO Real Estate Investment Trust as a senior accountant and her time with Mercy Housing allows for a comprehensive approach to real estate accounting and reporting.
