Kelsey Rosinski

Kelsey is the most recent addition to the team.  She brings over 5 years of experience with mixed asset types. She is proficient with multiple property software programs, leasing, negotiating and administering lease terms, managing projects and handling tenant issues with grace and professionalism. She has been directly responsible for large renovation projects and insurance claims for a variety of scopes of work.  She has been an invaluable addition to the team bringing organization, communication and impeccable follow-up with all property management tasks.
